“This <\/span>project <\/span>is <\/span>about <\/span>expressing <\/span>the <\/span>virtues <\/span>of <\/span>the\u00a0 <\/span>unique <\/span>terroirs <\/span>in <\/span>and <\/span>around<\/span> this beautiful, <\/span>remote\u00a0 <\/span>area<\/span> of<\/span> Argentina.<\/span> It<\/span> is<\/span> also<\/span> a<\/span> rescue<\/span> mission,<\/span> giving\u00a0 <\/span>voice <\/span>to <\/span>long-forgotten <\/span>vineyards <\/span>and <\/span>lesser-known\u00a0 <\/span>grape <\/span>varieties, <\/span>pulling <\/span>together <\/span>a <\/span>youthful,\u00a0 <\/span>dynamic <\/span>approach <\/span>to winemaking <\/span>and <\/span>the <\/span>kind <\/span>of\u00a0 <\/span>natural <\/span>resources <\/span>that <\/span>take <\/span>millennia <\/span>to form. <\/span>I\u00a0 <\/span>hope <\/span>to <\/span>create <\/span>exciting, <\/span>rare <\/span>gems, <\/span>which <\/span>are <\/span>often\u00a0 <\/span>from <\/span>very <\/span>old <\/span>vines. <\/span>We <\/span>are <\/span>crafting <\/span>modern,\u00a0 <\/span>elegant <\/span>wines <\/span>that <\/span>are <\/span>light <\/span>on <\/span>extraction <\/span>and <\/span>big\u00a0 <\/span>on <\/span>flavour <\/span>and<\/span> complexity.”<\/span><\/p>
